Mindfulness For Life 6 week group program -

What: When life gets busy, its easy to become worried about almost everything and you feel like its all too much to cope with. Mindfulness is a way to stop and pay attention to what is happening in your life and over time make conscious choices about what really matters and what is simply a distraction. Our Mindfulness Groups are skills based to introduce you to a range of accessible mindfulness practices.
The Mindfulness For Life program consists of 6 consecutive one and a half hour weekly sessions. In this experiential group, participants will learn mindfulness techniques to help manage stress, work with difficult thoughts and feelings and to enhance concentration, relationships and wellbeing.

Next group: commencing March 2020 : Monday March 16th, continuing March 23rd, 30th, April 6th, 20th, 27th from 6.30 - 8 pm. No group on April 13th due to Easter.

Course fee: $390 this includes pre-program briefing, course notes and access to mp3 files / downloads with all the meditation practices on them. Reduced fee available on application for students, health care holders. You may also be eligible for a Medicare rebate for the 6 week course with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Private Health Insurance Rebates may also apply if you have Extras cover - please check with your provider.
