monthly mindfulness meditation
The session is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness meditation as well as those who have some experience. It is also for those wanting a group to practice with and those who might be wanting to re-invigorate their mindfulness practice. We will start with a brief introduction, with the focus of the session being on my guiding you through two practices with an opportunity for questions , brief discussion at the end.

On the second Tuesday of each month I lead a monthly mindfulness meditation class from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. The class is usually on-line and several times throughout the year we meet face to face at Wattletree Psychology in Malvern East. If you are new to meditation and are not sure if it's for you, please feel free to contact me.
