Private Meditation Sessions

 

It can be very valuable to learn mindfulness meditation by joining one of the six week Mindfulness For Life courses. Usually I offer these courses four times per year: one each school term.

 

However, due to work and family commitments some people may not be able to attend groups and you may wish to be introduced to mindfulness meditation in a one to one capacity by booking an individual session with me or a number of sessions. This also offers rich further opportunities to personalise and tailor the practice to your individual and unique needs.

 

Also, If you have done a mindfulness or other meditation course in the past or if you were just wishing to renew and refresh your practice you may wish to book a one on one session with me.
