Mindfulness Melbourne was founded by Counselling Psychologist Jenny Clifton.
Our small group program has assisted hundreds of people incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives.
Based centrally in Malvern East at Wattletree Psychology, our unique Mindfulness for Life program provides practical steps to build a more enjoyable life whilst better dealing with the demands of daily life.
Jenny’s profile below will explain more about us our approach to mindfulness.
Jenny is an experienced and skilful evidence-based counselling psychologist with over 22 years of experience as a clinical practitioner across educational, health and community settings and in private practice.
She has a breadth of experience in face to face counselling working with young people and adults across the age spectrum on a broad range of issues. These issues include: stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship / family issues, assertiveness training, anger management, motivation, performance anxiety, perfectionism and procrastination.
