Next Mindfulness For Life Course commencing Saturday August 11th

The next Mindfulness For Life (6 week) group Program that I will be running on a Saturday morning in East Malvern commences Saturday August 11th from 10 - 11.30 am continuing weekly for 5 weeks on August 18th, 25th, September 1st, 8th and 15th, 2018. Each week we explore a different topic including: how the mind creates stress, mindfulness of thoughts, self care, cultivating positive emotions and applying mindfulness to enhance relationships and wellbeing.
